Pool TimeThe Lowe's Farm community pool is scheduled to open on Friday, May 29 for the 2020 summer season.

Great news!
The board of directors has adopted temporary rules to allow community pool use. For the protection and safety of our community, there will be changes to pool availability and operations. We believe the guidelines outlined below will allow us to safely operate the pool within the CDC guidelines and Gov. Abbott’s open Texas task force:
  • 25% occupancy and social distancing to remain in place. This means a maximum of 38 people allowed inside the fenced in pool area at any time. We ask that you please respect 6 ft social distancing guidance within the pool area.
  • Pool Hours will be limited to these monitored times: Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 2-8 pm only. Out of respect for other community members, please limit your time at the pool to no more than 2 hours of use when others are waiting. Bathrooms will be open, please limit use as needed only.
  • There will be no reservations or parties allowed at the pool. For the courtesy of your fellow community members, we recommend limiting the use of the pool to only the members of your household and please limit the number of outside guests to no more than 2 people per household.
  • You are encouraged to wash your hands, wipe off the gate handle after you enter, wipe the furniture you touch. Wipe the pool rail when you get out of the pool. Patio furniture availability will be limited, so you may want to bring your own chairs etc.

Using the amenity pool is at your own risk. There is no way the association can eradicate Covid-19 from all surfaces, using the pool and amenity center you acknowledge any and all risk.
